In-Store Purchases
Purchase made at LEZONE SIGNATURE store —– you may return your goods with price tag intact and in good condition within 14 days from the date of receipt with the condition below:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as sale items, intimates, jewellery, belts. Regular priced items which have been worn, washed, altered, or perfumed will NOT BE ACCEPTED for return or refund. Purchase items should be checked by customers upon making payment.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange can be made at any of our stores regardless of which store you purchased from with the original purchase receipt presented. Bear in mind that you are only allowed to do EXCHANGE ONCE. Any further disputes will not be entertained.
In any circumstances, cash refund is prohibited, and strictly in credit terms. We reserve the right and final decision to reject any returns that doesn’t fulfil our return policy.
Online Purchases
Purchase made at LEZONE SIGNATURE Online platforms —— such as Official Website, Facebook, Instagram, 小红书our refund and exchange policy last 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You will be notified by email once your return items are inspected and accepted. A Store Credit code equivalent to the purchased price of each return item(s) will be emailed which is valid for a year.
Refunds
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
For regular priced items, we will fully refund if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Previous shipping costs are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may drop the item back to any of our store.
